Just got quoted the following:
Model 4310 w/Hydro Transmission, Turf Tires, $15195 and FEL is $2950. The guy said it would be the best offer I'll see in my state (North Carolina) and surrounding states. Is it really that good of a deal?

I don't know if that's the best price you can find, but it's certainly one of the better prices I've seen on that machine. That is 4wd, right? ....

I was actually asked that question by someone here at my workplace. I'm trying to find that out from the dealer as we speak, but it's lunch time (might have to wait an hour). I *assuming* so, but want to be sure. ....

Yup--it's 4wd. And I can't remember if I mentioned this before, but it also comes with turf tires. Is that a cut in price, the same price or is it usually an additional cost item? ....

I think from Deere the ag tires are standard and turfs or industrials are extra cost. This has been discussed here before, though, and it seems as if different dealers charge differently for tires depending on what's hot, what's not, and what's in stock. I don't think it matters in the end since the dealer knows what he needs to make on the machine and has to charge for it one way or another. They have to stay in business.

You better grab that deal and run before he changes his mind. Are the turf tires the 6 ply 25-10.5LL-15 41X18LL-16.1 ? That is a very good price for both the tractor and the loader. Does this price include loading the rear tires? Mid pto? Rear SCV? ....

Cigars, welcome to the forum! I'm curious to know where you bought your 4310. I got mine from Fisher Implement in Hillsboro - not the best price but I really think they're a great dealer in terms of customer service. They've been very responsive and helpful. ....

Bought tractor at Pioneer in Madras, have land at Crooked River Ranch and they are my closest dealer and matched Lenon Equip's price. The folks at Madras are really great to work with also. I checked out Fisher in Gresham and they were a bit higher. ....

Fisher Implement did right by me. They beat the local yokel's price by at least $2K and gave me a fair trade in on my 4100, some thing the local boys wouldn't even consider ("sell it yourself, I don't have that kind of cash flow").
I would recommend them to anyone within driving distance.

Seems pretty good... I bought mine from a dealer in Southern Indiana for $16,550 - 4310 4WD E-hydro w/ R4 Tires, MX5 Bushhog, and 5' grader blade. Purchase was in April 03, however I just purchased the 430 Loader today for $3,150. I thought I got a good deal on the loader until I saw your price. Great job!
